Welcome to the first step in your journey towards self-fulfillment! I'm Mariana Zayas and I'm here to help women take the actions they need to create the changes they want in their lives. I believe that every woman has the potential to become more….more than what she is now, more than what society tells her she can be, more than what she even believes is possible at this moment in time.

My coaching process is all about helping you get to a new place. We adopt a future-focused mindset to consider the possibilities from a holistic perspective. We'll delve into your personal goals as well as your career goals and your role as a parent, spouse, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, etc. All of our work will come from a place of self-awareness and growth. It's less about what happened to you in the past and more about where you want to be in the future.
I'll be your biggest cheerleader, but also hold you to the highest levels of accountability, providing the push you need to reach for the life you want. It will be a challenge. It might get uncomfortable. But I promise…it's so worth it!

1:1 Coaching —
for the woman who is super serious about inner transformation
Experience transformative growth through personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions with me. Kickstart a new life in 6 months with a tailored plan based on your individual needs and goals. We'll use data and metrics to measure progress and chart your success. This option is perfect for the woman who is serious about making change and is willing to put in the work.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
6 month commitment with option to extend
Private 1:1 coaching sessions for 1 hour once a week
Tailored approach with high degree of accountability
Group Coaching —
for women who want support from a team of like-minded women
Do you like to learn from others and want the support of a team behind you? My group coaching option is ideal for women who are not ready for 1:1 coaching or who need that extra push from their girl tribe. You'll hold each other accountable, make new friends, and explore the possibilities together with minimal direction from me.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
6 month commitment with option to extend
Group coaching sessions for 1 hour once every other week

How did I get here?
Well, somehow I'm the only extrovert in a family of introverts. Seeing this dynamic in my own family prompted me to explore what makes people tick as early as high school. In college, I studied Psychology, Business, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology which eventually led me to a career in the field of Human Resources. Here, I found that I really enjoyed training and public speaking and I learned the value of a good mentor. I also saw too many people devote their lives to their employers and their identities to their careers only to have their hard work and loyalty unappreciated and even disregarded.
Coaching has allowed me to help women see their own self-worth, find the courage and conviction to stand up for themselves, and learn the skills they need to create the life they envision for themselves. In addition to my 1:1 and group coaching services, I am an ABW Strategist at The Woman School where I train and mentor women, teaching them the skills they need to get unstuck so they can live their lives by design.
It infuriates me to see people, especially women, settle for poor treatment, low salaries, and unfulfilling roles in life because they don't see their own value and worth. It's easy to get stuck and settle and it can sneak up on you over time. Before you know it, you're wondering how you got here, where your passion went, and if there is any hope at all of getting out of your rut.
I'm here to tell you that YES, there is hope and you CAN get unstuck, out of your rut, and back on a path of satisfaction and fulfillment! Helping women get out of their ruts and focus on the future and what is possible is my passion. I believe women can have it all and I believe "having it all" looks different for every woman.
The possibilities truly are endless; I would love to help you discover your own.
